Last weekend, Laurisa and Coach D went to a partner competition at Diablo CrossFit. The ladies took 14th place overall and had a great time. Laurisa has been working hard, coming early to the gym to get work on skills and strength. All of her extra effort has paid off, and they both had a great day of competition.
