Get It?, Got It!, Good.

In elementary school I had a teacher that would always ask the class  "Get It?". She wanted the response to be "Got It" from the entire class. She would then say "Good". Coaching CrossFit there is a similar interaction. As a coach I need to know that my athletes understand what I want from them. If they do, then good. If not, more work needs to be done, maybe I need to try a different explanation or another drill. Some times it takes a while to get everyone to understand the details of the movement I am teaching so ask questions, raise your hand for clarification and remember if you are not sure then there is likely someone else unsure too.
