Week 4 of the CrossFit Open has started out with a bang.  We have already seen some heroic efforts and Personal Records.  The pressure of competition has a lot of athletes running with high emotions.  Rising to the challenge has been the prevailing trend so far.  This Saturday will be your next chance to test your limits.
