Injury is an unavoidable part of being an athlete. Teaching someone how to tackle will most likely result in some bruises. While injury is part of sport, we never like to see our athletes get hurt. Gilly has tweaked her back and will need our support. Working back from injury is hard work let's wish Gilly good luck.
