One of the criticism of CrossFit is that there have been no long term studies of it effectiveness. True CrossFit programing has not been around as long as the movements have been. Running and Deadlifting are not new and will never go out of style. While most of us have only been involved with CrossFit for a short time, some have had more experience than others.
