When a coach is giving cues they are usually short statements or directions. "Squeeze your butt," "Get Tight", "Chest Up" are few examples. These cues are simple reminders to the athlete on what to focus on. A large percentage of the time you are training you need to be cueing yourself how to move properly and efficiently. When a coach isn't there to remind you what to do what cues do you give yourself during a workout?

Gymnastics practice this Friday night from 5:30-7:00 with Laurie. There will be games, tumbling skills, and a new trick to master on the bars... and potentially the rings if you dare. Fun for all skill levels.
