One of the beauties about not having mirrors in our facility is that, to learn how to move better, you must see others move well.  Watching and copying is how babies learn a lot of valuable skills.  SImiliarly athletes in a CrossFit gym learn valuable skills from their fellow athletes by watching and mimicking good movement.  When it comes to squatting Brian is one to watch.
